Because prompts are digital products delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both buyers and creators.
1. Digital delivery
Prompt content is revealed immediately after purchase, so purchases are generally final.
2. When we refund
We issue refunds if a prompt is materially not as described, is broken, or was charged in error. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
3. How to request
